With 15 years of experience, Jack built JRL in Hove to give people real coaching—not crowds—focusing on strength, movement, and lasting results.

His approach is direct and personal: train hard, stay consistent, and enjoy the process.

Strength Coach

Strength coach and mum of two. Nicole helps women build confidence, energy, and strength through realistic, enjoyable workouts that fit real life.


Her goal is to create a supportive space where you can move, reset, and feel your best.

Strength Coach

With over 15 years of experience, Nick helps clients build strength and confidence.
When he’s not coaching, he serves as a firefighter for East Sussex Fire Service.

A proud husband and father of two, Nick spends his downtime on the golf course—and cheering for Crystal Palace.
